Bakesy pricing: what Standard and Premium actually cost

Bakesy has two paid plans. Standard is $9.99/month and Premium is $17.99/month, but the better question is whether Premium’s extra tools will save you time every week. Here’s the current plan math, what each tier includes, and where Confita fits if you want a lower-cost shop that works from any device.

Bakesy Premium$17.99$215.88/yearSellers who need inventory, reporting, reminders, calendar sync, and extra shop features

What Premium actually buys

Premium can be useful if you will use its extra tools every week: inventory tracking, revenue reporting, automated reminders, phone-calendar sync, instant checkout, additional shop themes, discount codes, and other advanced shop controls.

If you mainly need a storefront, order forms, invoices, and order management, Standard may be enough. Premium is not automatically the better choice; it is the better choice when its extra tools replace work you are already doing manually.

The math by year

Monthly prices make the difference look smaller than it is: Confita is $39 per year on the annual plan, Bakesy Standard is $119.88 per year, and Bakesy Premium is $215.88 per year.

That makes Confita $80.88 less per year than Standard and $176.88 less than Premium. Premium costs $96 more per year than Standard. That can be worthwhile if inventory, reminders, reporting, and calendar sync save you meaningful time. If you will not use those features, Standard—or a lower-priced alternative—may be the better fit.

Payment costs are separate

Bakesy lets sellers list external payment methods such as Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, and Zelle. Those payments happen outside Bakesy and may need to be marked as paid manually.

Bakesy Secure Payments is a separate, optional credit-card workflow for US sellers. Bakesy lists a fee of 3.9% + $0.30 per transaction via Bakesy Secure Payments (powered by Stripe). Confita never touches your money or adds a commission. You connect the payment method you already use, and that provider’s normal processing fees still apply.

What Confita includes at $4.99

Confita is a better fit when your business starts with a link in your bio and ends with a complete custom-order request. You get a shop that works on phones, tablets, and computers; custom questions and reference-photo uploads; private quote links and deposit instructions; drops with schedules, limits, and closing times; full storefront design with live preview; English and Spanish storefronts; and no Confita commission on sales.

Build the shop free, then start Pro only when you are ready to publish and test live features.

The honest fit guidance

Choose Bakesy Premium if you want an app-first workflow and will actively use inventory, reporting, reminders, calendar sync, or instant checkout.

Choose Bakesy Standard if you want Bakesy’s core workflow without the Premium extras.

Choose Confita if you want a lower-cost, browser-based shop for custom orders, quotes, deposits, and drops.

  • App-first seller using inventory and reporting: Bakesy Premium.
  • App-first seller without the Premium extras: Bakesy Standard.
  • Link-first seller doing custom orders and quotes: Confita.

Build free. Publish when ready.

Set up your Confita shop at no cost. Start Pro only when you are ready to publish and test live features. If the workflow is not right for you, you have not paid to find out.
