Sales analytics that answer what sold and what is still owed

A busy order list can hide a weak month, an unpaid balance, or the product carrying the business. Confita Sales turns the payments and orders already in your workflow into a clear view of collected sales, outstanding sales, paid orders, average order value, sales channels, and top products.

Start with the money that moved

Collected sales come from accepted payments recorded in Confita. Outstanding sales show the remaining amount on active quoted or confirmed work. Put them beside each other and you can see both what arrived and what still needs attention.

Choose the last 30 days, this month, last month, this year, or all time. When a comparable prior period exists, the chart and change indicator show whether collected sales moved up or down.

Sales analytics uses order and payment records inside Confita. It is not visitor analytics, profit accounting, inventory reporting, tax reporting, or recipe costing.

The same useful view on your phone

The Sales screen is responsive, so you can check the month between pickups without pinching a desktop report into place. Period controls, summary cards, the chart, channels, and top products remain readable on mobile.

English and Spanish seller interfaces use the same underlying definitions. Changing language does not change currency, market, processor availability, or the sales calculation.

Useful sales reporting, clearly scoped

Confita reports the sales data created by Direct orders, Custom requests, manual orders, and drops. It helps answer what was collected, what is owed, where the recorded sale came from, and which products sold most.

It does not track storefront visitors or conversion rate. It does not calculate ingredient cost, gross profit, inventory, tax liability, or an accounting ledger. Use the specialist tool you trust for those jobs, and use Confita to understand the sales moving through your order workflow.
