Weekly drops
Sell a dated bakery batch with a clear cutoff
Your regular menu stays open all week. A weekend batch needs a limit and a deadline. A drop gives that batch its own card, stock, pickup windows and checkout.
Your menu and your drops, side by side
A product on your regular menu is always available. A drop is one dated batch with a deadline and a limited number.
It closes at your cutoff, counts what is left and sells out at its cap. Customers see it as its own card next to your menu, on the same link.

Set the rules before orders arrive
Add a title, a description and one order cutoff. Set stock per item and per choice, like size or flavor, and a minimum or maximum per order.
Add dated pickup or delivery windows, each with a spot or area and a note for customers. Cap how many orders a window takes so pickup never overflows.
- CutoffOne order deadline, in your shop’s time zone.
- StockPer item and per choice, like size or flavor.
- WindowsDated pickup spots or delivery areas, each with an optional order cap.
- DeliveryA fee, a minimum order and a minimum item count per area.
Build it from work you already did
Retyping product details is where mistakes start. Copy products from your menu into a drop as an independent copy, so the original stays untouched.
Copy from another drop, or duplicate a whole drop for next week. Create flavor variants turns each flavor into its own drop item.

Customers always know where it stands
Customers want to know if the batch is still there and where to collect it. The card shows Sold out when everything is at its cap.
Customers give an email when they order, and pickup orders get reminder emails 24 hours and 2 hours before pickup.
- Saturday dropSold outEvery item reached its cap. The card says so.

Checkout, or a conversation
Not every batch needs the same path. A drop can use direct checkout when a payment method is set up, or a custom request when you need questions first.
Everything else in the shop keeps working the way it does: everyday products check out, custom cakes get a quote.
