You do not need to rebuild your existing shop. Products, customer records, orders, payment details, fulfilment settings, design choices, and shop links are still part of the workspace. Some of the doors moved, so this guide gives you the shortest route to each one.
The five main destinations
You will see the same five labels on desktop and mobile:
| Open | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Today | The orders and setup work that need your attention now. |
| Orders | Your order list and order details. |
| Products | Your regular catalogue, product pricing, choices, add-ons, questions, availability, categories, photos, and visibility. |
| Drops | Dated, limited releases with their own products, stock, pickup windows, cutoff, and status. |
| Shop | Your storefront, delivery and pickup, order form, contact and payment details, sharing, insights, support, and account. |
On desktop, these labels are in the left rail. On mobile, they are in the bottom navigation. Selecting the tab you are already using returns it to its root, which is useful when you have opened a detail screen and want to start again.
The Manual order action remains available in the desktop rail and in Today. It opens a full screen where you can record an order taken through WhatsApp or in person. Orders still have their own home, separate from Today, so your daily view stays focused.
Shop is now the map for settings
Select Shop to see your storefront preview and the settings grouped by the job you are doing. The groups are Your shop, How you sell, Insights, and Account.
The preview includes Design, Copy link, and View shop when your shop is live, or Preview while it is not open. Below it, use Shop details for your name, story, city, and shop type. Use Share for your Confita link, QR code, and custom domain.
Under How you sell, Delivery & pickup holds your delivery zones, pickup locations, recurring pickup schedule, and unavailable dates. Order form controls the questions customers answer at checkout. Contact & payments holds your reply channel, card connection, and manual payment methods. Coupons remains available there when your account has access.
Card checkout has one extra gate. For a Stripe account created by Confita, real card checkout becomes available once you have paid your first plan invoice. If you want cards before your trial ends, choose Review paid plan. The review shows the actual amount, currency, billing interval, and consent before you choose to pay early. Your manual payment methods stay available while you decide. New Confita Pay accounts start with a seven-day payout hold; automatic payouts begin after a clean risk check, and Stripe verification and bank timing still apply.
Under Insights, you can open Sales, Customers, and Reviews. Under Account, you will find Support and Account, including the language and plan controls. The settings map has the full old-task-to-new-path table.
Products and Drops have separate jobs
Open Products for the items that belong in your regular shop. When you edit a product, Set up opens Pricing & options, Add-ons & questions, Availability & inventory, and Category. The Visibility section controls whether a regular product is published and visible to customers. Product choices, price-changing options, customer questions, and regular catalogue stock still live here.
Open Drops for a dated release. A drop can use a copy of a catalogue product, but the copy's stock and per-order limits belong to that drop. A newly created drop starts as a draft with no products or pickup windows. The Drops workflow walks through the complete setup.
The new organisation is meant to reduce hunting through menus. It does not change which kind of order you can accept. Products with a price configured up front can use the direct checkout flow, including price-changing sizes, flavours, and extras. Products that need a conversation, reference photo, or custom price can still use the quote or request flow.
If you cannot find a setting or something in your shop looks wrong, email [email protected] with your shop name and the screen you expected to see. You do not need to rebuild your existing shop.
